We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your order will normally be dispatched within one
working day; however, this time may increase during busy periods. Orders received after 3pm will normally be processed the
following working day. You will receive an email confirming the date your order has been dispatched.
UK Mainland, Channel Islands & BFPO Addresses
All orders under the value of £40 excluding P&P will be charged at a standard rate of £2.95. Orders in excess of
£40 excluding P&P will be delivered free of charge.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and value of your order.
In addition to the standard delivery service we can offer an express NEXT DAY delivery service to the UK Mainland for
those urgent orders at a fixed rate of £4.95, regardless of subtotal of your order. Simply order before 3pm on a weekday
and we will dispatch your order to arrive the next working day. This will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery or
courier. We recommend your order is delivered to an address where your parcel can be signed for during the day, for
example a work address, or with a relative's.
You can leave specific delivery instructions such as leave with a neighbour, but we are unable to guarantee these will
be followed. We do not recommend that your parcel is left outside or left in an unsecured outbuilding. Craft Superstore
can not be held responsible for delayed deliveries. We have to allow 14 days to pursue Royal Mail if a parcel is
undelivered.
Europe
All deliveries to Europe will be charged at a standard rate of £12.95. Deliveries take approximately 4 working days to arrive once your order has been dispatched. Your order will be dispatched by courier.
Rest of the World
Deliveries to all other destinations will be charged at a standard rate of £19.95. Deliveries take approximately five working days to arrive once your order has been dispatched.
