Step 1: Cut a 5.5” x 3.75” piece of Dazzle paper, ink the edges using the black ink pad. Cut a 0.5” wide strip of Dazzle paper and cut four short lengths. Attach three strips to the top right hand corner of the Dazzle panel and one to the bottom left hand corner, as shown.

Step 2: Cut a section of rub-on transfer to fit the Dazzle panel, together with a selection of individual flowers, and lay over the panel. Once you are happy with the composition, remove the backing sheet and apply the transfers using the lolly stick provided.

Step 3: To finish, add self adhesive gem stones to the paper strips and rub-on transfer design before adhering the whole panel centrally to the front of your card blank.
