8.5 x 11 Albums
The popularity of these A4-sized albums is growing fast, with many scrapbookers turning to them as an alternative to square albums. You can still fit large photographs and journaling on the smaller 8.5" x 11" pages, but they need fewer embellishments. Scrapbook layouts can be created as either portrait or landscape using acid-free cardstock and papers that are cut to size.
Quality Paper Preservation
When creating A4 layouts, be sure to choose products that are marked suitable for scrapbooking. Cardstock and decorative papers must be acid-free and lignin-free, and page protectors must be PVC-free and acid-free. It can be tempting to use cheaper alternatives, such as those available at a regular stationery shop, but they will not keep your precious layouts that you've worked so hard to create looking pristine.
