Heat embossing is great fun! In this section you will find a range of embossing powders in a variety of colours. Simply rubber stamp your chosen design using slow drying ink, then sprinkle on the embossing powder, shake off the excess and heat with a heat tool. Keep the heat in one place until you see the powder melt (it will very quickly turn from a dull powder to thick, glossy liquid). Once the melting process has begun, move the heat tool around the design until all the powder has melted.
Safety First
For small designs be sure to use a pair of tweezers to hold the paper or card whilst you are heating it to save burning your fingers! The heat tool can get very hot, so always keep it out of sight and reach of young children. Older children may enjoy heat embossing under close supervision.
