1. Position the template on the back of your paper.
2. Draw the outline and the fold lines, keeping your pencil next to the inner edge of the template.
3. Cut around the outer edges of the box.
4. Fold along the fold lines as indicated.
5. Apply glue as indicated and glue to bottom flap to create box.
