Make a Card
To create a fun birthday card, cut a panel of scrapbooking paper measuring 11.5cm x 11.5cm, pierce a hole in each corner and insert a brad. Cut, either by hand or using a die-cutting machine, a tag approximately 7cm x 4cm and punch a hole at the top. Ink the edges using an ink pad or water based brush marker. Tie a short length of ribbon through the hole and add a sticker and a peel off greeting. Adhere your decorative panel centrally on your card blank using double-sided sticky tape and attach the tag at a jaunty angle using 3D foam pads.
