Stained Glass Card
Creating cards with stained glass effect is so easy with an aperture card. Simply apply a peel off to a piece of acetate large enough to fit behind the aperture, then colour in, directly onto the acetate, using permanent brush markers. Once dry, fix the acetate panel behind the aperture using double-sided sticky tape. Stick the first two panels together, so that when the card is opened you cannot see the back of the acetate. Experienced card makers may like to cut a second aperture so that, when sealed, the coloured acetate panel can be seen from inside but the unsightly edges are hidden.
